- Permanent price reduction for 2 games - 20 June 2025
The retail price of two "recent" games have been permanently reduced by $1 each, so "Goblin and Coins II" retail price went down from $4.99 to $3.99, and the price of "Goblin and Coins II The lost Recipes" went down from $3.99 to just $2.99. Hello little goblins, Thank you for all your support throughout the years. 8 years, to be more precise, as the first game in the series - Goblin and Coins - was released on November 8th 2016. Time simply flies by. There are two more Goblin and coins games since, a very difficult Goblin and Coins II with metroidvania-lik levels and a focus on exploration and acquiring upgrades, and an easier alternative to it, The Lost Recipes, which is more similar to the first game, with mostly linear levels and unlimited continues. In order to celebrate together, a franchise link has been created on steam, so it's easier to find all the games in the series, and also there will be a significant discount on all three games at the same time a bit later this month (scheduling requirements prevent it from starting today). Hello friends, You'll be able to enjoy the game in Russian now, thanks to amazing Svipur, who translated the Goblin and Coins II base game also a year ago, and his mysterious friend (also amazing). There was also a request to make the delay between "I don't need that" sounds a bit longer, so I've set it to 3 seconds instead of 1 for now. I've also added a barely noticeable sound when you pick up a key. I hope you're having fun, and if you do - don't forget to let your friends know. Hello friends, You'll be able to enjoy the game in Brazilian Portuguese now, thanks to amazing Rahone Marcelino, who translated the Goblin and Coins II base game also a year ago. There was also a report of a minor bug that required a very specific situation to occur to manifest, but thanks to a very good error report by Elrinda, it's been dealt with and shouldn't pose any issues in the future.
