- Project Status and Release - Update 12 - 15 September 2026
Hello everyoneWe’re publishing this news post to explain the current state of Train Station Project and the situation regarding the release date.It has been a few months since our last devlog. We know that many of you check our updates mainly to find information about the release. To be completely honest, we had planned for the next news post to be the announcement of the final release date, together with a new game trailer.Unfortunately, during the process of updating the project to Unity 6, we ran into several serious technical issues. We managed to fix everything, but it cost us around two additional months of work. We’d like to clarify a few important points. Why has there been such a long break since the last devlog? The long break happened because, until the very end, we believed we would be able to finish the game before the calendar end of summer. We didn’t want to publish another…
- Station Customization - Update 11 - 6 June 2026
Hello everyoneToday we'd like to share some of the things we've been working on over the past few weeks. As for the release date, we're still aiming for Summer 2026. As soon as we have a specific launch date to share, we'll announce it on both Steam and our Discord server.🎨 Station CustomizationLast month, we finished work on nearly all of the game's core mechanics. One major feature was intentionally left until the very end: station customization. We know that for many players this is one of the most anticipated aspects of the game. That's why we wanted to finalize the station layout first and make sure all activities and workflows felt comfortable before introducing full customization options.Based on the feedback and suggestions we received, the full version will allow you to:Paint walls, apply wallpapers, or cover them with tiles.Renovate every room inside the station, including offi…
- Release Date Update - Update 10 - 3 March 2026
Hello everyoneToday we want to share an important update regarding the release of Train Station Project.Unfortunately, the game will not be launching by the end of Q1 2026 as previously planned. We’ve made the decision to move the release window to Summer 2026.We need a few more months to properly finish the game. Why the Delay? We know many of you have been waiting for the full version since the demo launched. Your excitement and patience mean a lot to us.This project has been in development for over two years, and our priority is to deliver a polished, complete experience. We don't want to rush the final stages and risk hurting the overall quality of the game. We've also decided not to release the game in Early Access. There are several important reasons for this:We develop mechanics iteratively, improving and expanding them together rather than finishing them one by one in isolation. We…

- Current Progress - Update 8 - 6 December 2025
Hello everyone!Today we'd like to share a fresh update on the current state of development and give you a clearer look at what's happening behind the scenes.📌 Expanding the Game Even FurtherOver the past months we made the decision to significantly increase the amount of content and mechanics planned for the full version of Train Station Project. Our goal is simple: we want as many players as possible to feel fully satisfied with the depth and variety the game offers. We don't release devlogs very often, but please remember, we work on the game every single day. We prefer to publish updates only when we have concrete, meaningful information instead of overwhelming you with small, repetitive news posts.🗓️ Release Window & Demo UpdatesMany of you have been asking about the release date. Dear Community! First of all, we want to thank you so much for playing the demo and sending us tons of valuable feedback through the forms. Your opinions have been incredibly helpful. They’ve given us new perspectives and ideas for the game’s future.🛠️Development ProgressWe're sorry for the lack of updates lately. We've been working on the game every single day, but we didn't want to post a devlog until we had solid information to share. Now we can confirm that Train Station Project won't be ready by the end of Q4 2025, and we've decided to move the release to Q1 2026.It wasn't an easy choice, but this delay will allow us to polish the game and add several new mechanics that will make the experience richer and more engaging.🌟 What's New?Your feedback included lots of fantastic ideas and some of them will definitely make it into the game. The good news is that, even with a later release,…

- The Demo is Almost Here - Devlog 6 - 8 August 2025
Dear Community! First of all - thank you so much for following Train Station Project and for your patience throughout our development journey. We’re excited to share that the game demo will be available to everyone this Friday, August 15th! 🥳Why the wait? The demo has been in the works for quite some time because we wanted to deliver two fully professional language versions right from the start. Recording and preparing the dialogues took longer than expected - especially since we were also recording lines for the full version of the game at the same time! 🎙️ Major Improvements in the DemoHere’s what we’ve added and refined for this release:💾 Save system - you can now save the game anytime after the intro scene.🎮 Full controller support - play the entire demo from start to finish on a gamepad.🔍 UI scaling - perfect for portable devices.🏃 Run mode toggle option - no need to hold Shift…
- Demo - Devlog 5 - 30 May 2025
Dear Community! We’ve got a quick update regarding the upcoming demo of Train Station Project. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to release the demo in time for the upcoming Steam Next Fest on June 9th. We’ve decided not to rush a version that doesn’t meet our standards. Instead, we’ll be releasing a polished and complete demo in July. We believe it’s better to deliver one solid experience rather than a series of unfinished iterations. 🛠️ What’s the Current Progress? The good news? Most of the features we initially announced are already implemented! We've also added many of your suggestions from the playtest surveys and we’re super grateful for all the ideas and feedback you’ve shared. 🔹What’s Already Been Added? Animals Ragdolls New car models New animations Dialogue system NPCs now perform various new activities Full English voiceover (Polish voiceover is still in production) Reaction…
- End of Playtests - Devlog 4 - 10 March 2025
Dear Community! A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the Train Station Project playtests! We truly appreciate all the feedback you provided through the surveys and your incredible engagement on our Discord server. Although we initially planned to end the playtests on March 3rd, due to the high level of interest, we extended access until March 10th. 🎯What’s Next? For those who didn’t get a chance to test the game during the playtest, don’t worry! In about two months, we will release a public demo of the game, which will be even more polished and refined. 🔹What Will Be Added in the Public Demo? Save system Support for missing languages Full voiceover for customers Implementation of missing animations Passengers will be able to travel with pets and luggage Controller support Ragdolls Once again, thank you for your support, wishlist additions, and active participation in the p…
- Playtest Update – One Week Left to Join! - 22 February 2025
Hey everyone! A huge thank you to everyone who has joined the playtests for Train Station Project! Your feedback has been incredibly valuable, and we’re thrilled to have such an engaged community. The playtest will remain available for another week, until March 3, 2025, so there’s still time to join and check out the demo if you haven’t already! 🔹 Why isn’t there a save option? Many of you have asked about the lack of a save system. The reason is simple: the demo can be completed in about 60 minutes, and we’re still actively modifying the game’s save files. If we had implemented saving, your progress would quickly become incompatible with updates. However, don’t worry – the public demo coming in a few months will include a save system! 🎯 What was the goal of this playtest? Our main objective was to gauge your general impressions and gather feedback on the overall feel of the game. Tha…
- Playtest Available Now! - 18 February 2025
Dear Station Managers Thank you for your interest and support for Train Station Project! Your enthusiasm gives us great motivation to continue improving the game. For this first playtest, the game is available in two languages: English and Polish. But don’t worry! In the public demo version, we plan to add support for additional languages so that more players can enjoy the game in their native language. The main goal of these tests is to refine the core mechanics and overall game flow. You’ll find a link to a survey in the game where you can leave your feedback – every opinion is incredibly valuable to us! We also want to highlight that Train Station Project is not yet fully optimized. We are continuously improving and tweaking the game, so better optimization will be available in the full version and the demo. No worries – the final game will run at 60 FPS even on low-end PCs. If your…

Dear Community! Thank you for following the development of Train Station Project! We know you've been eagerly waiting for updates, so we're excited to announce that playtests will begin this month (February)! 🎉 If you want to stay up to date and actively participate in discussions, we warmly invite you to join our Discord! https://discord.com/invite/H5wycNq4H7 Playtesting the Demo Version The playtests will focus on content that makes up the demo version of the game. We want to note that many elements are still in development – some assets are placeholders, and the player's voiceover is currently AI-generated, but it will be replaced with a professional voice actor in the full version. Additionally, while we have programmed NPC dialogue interactions, we haven't recorded the lines yet, so this feature will remain disabled for now. The Purpose of Playtests The main goal of these tests is…
