- 1.5d - Additional Connection Options - 28 February 2015
Just a small update to allow for an additional connection option! We've recently invested in more Photon Cloud spots. Therefore we've added a new option in the main menu to "force" a photon connection for Space Farmers. If you've had trouble getting a connection to work previously then this should hopefully help a great deal. To use this: 1) Open up Space Farmers and select "Options"->"Connection Options" 2) Ensure both you and your friend select the same Region, and make it a region near to you (eg. don't use Europe if you live in the US!) 3) Check the "Force Photon Connection" option. This is not saved in the config so if this works better for you you'll need to do this each time. 4) Connect as usual. If you have trouble connecting via the Steam friends system select "non-steam game" at the bottom of the list when starting an internet game. We hope these additional options help anyone…

A big hello to all the new and existing players of Space Farmers! We're proud to announce a huge update to the game featuring the following: 5 New Levels: - Rocket (can you survive on the rocket?) - Spin and Shoot (Meet SpinnyMcShooty!) - The Dropper (Be good to your friends) - SwapShop (Some animals go elsewhere) - Big Mama (She's not happy with what you've been up to!) Also we have some new characters: - Anna Sassin (she's very mysterious) - Grok (he also has his own helmet) - The Swine (He's a right pig) - ??????? (a mystery character with a pink moustache?!) Finally there are a few fixes: - Fixed Explorer achievement (but you will need to pick up the funny face mask again) - Volume sliders added to main menu - Pitchfork hit issue (sometimes didn't register for statistics) - Party Blower Audio (they now play all the sounds!) - Attempted fix for "One-Upmanship" and "Surivivors" achiev…

Split Screen Mode is now available for Space Farmers! Now you can pick up pigs and swing your pitchfork with a friend on the same machine. We promised it would arrive and now it's here! Play with either Mouse/Keyboard & controller or with two controllers on PC, Mac or Linux. Thanks for your patience everyone while we got this update sorted. There were a number of development road bumps for us with this which we'll be talking about soon (it's a whole article's worth). We took this version with us to the Radius Festival in London last weekend and the feedback was awesome. So we know that anyone who has been waiting for this is going to love it. Stay tuned for more updates coming soon!

Hi all and thanks for keeping up to date with Space Farmers developments. This is an announcement for version 1.2 of the game. New Features: - 5 New levels - 2 New hidden hats - 2 New Characters - Level Select Screen Update First off lets talk about the two new characters. These are Patch and Betty-Sue, from Lara and Stephanie our "Design a Character" contest winners. Patch is an awesome scarecrow while Betty-Sue is a cute doll, make sure you play with them both! Next up are the new levels. We've included 5 whole new levels with new puzzles and challenges for you all. We'd love to hear what you think of them so let us know. We've also included the long awaited Level Select screen update where you can now select the levels you play (once you've completed 10 levels). Also there are now two new hats. The first is in one of the new levels and is given to you if you complete a final puzzle.…
