- Hotfix V 1.6.1 - 13 February 2026
Greetings blacksmiths, With this hotfix, we have addressed several minor and major issues in the game and have also enabled the Cloud Save feature.First, we discovered that when the "Picky Customers" mode was active, customers from the Rogue, Nomad, and Beast Hunter professions had slightly higher standards than stated in the in-game book. As a result, even properly crafted weapons were sometimes rejected by these customer classes. This issue has been fixed. Additionally, while combining weapons at the assembly desk, the text remained white (indicating that merging could continue) even when the merge rate had reached 100%. This floating-point error has also been resolved with this update. Thanks to our player ChewieRolo for reporting these two issues and helping us fix them! We have activated the Cloud Save feature with this update. You can now continue your saves from the same account…
- Hotfix V 1.6.0 - 12 November 2025
Greetings blacksmiths, In this hotfix, the giant monster image that we generated with AI and received a warning for copyright infringement has been replaced with a new one. We sincerely thank our followers who reported this issue to us and helped us identify it. Ensuring that AI-generated images used do not infringe on any copyrights is important to us, so in the coming days we will be examining in-game images in much greater detail. We apologize for the issue and wish you good gaming!

- Hotfix V 1.6.0 - 28 April 2025
Greetings blacksmiths, In this hotfix, we addressed a critical bug related to the woodcutting system that was causing major issues in the game. This bug reset all ores collected by workers and led to the game becoming stuck. To fix this, we have now prevented woodcutting below a certain minimum threshold, ensuring that this problem no longer occurs. We would like to thank the players who reported this issue to us. Note: Players who have encountered the inventory reset issue can manually fix it by cutting their wood stacks into two. This will trigger an internal inventory update and stabilize the system. May your blades be ever sharp!
- Hotfix V 1.6.0 - 21 April 2025
Greetings blacksmiths, With this hotfix, we are now setting the customer class-based sales system — which we introduced in version 1.6.0 — to be disabled by default. Our initial goal with this feature was to reward blacksmiths who produce different types of weapons and to provide an incentive for doing so. However, we realized that especially in the early stages of the game, this system proved to be quite challenging. Many of our new — and even some veteran — players expressed dissatisfaction with it. That’s why we are making this feature optional with this update. With this adjustment, customer purchases will now be determined solely by the sale chance. We sincerely thank all the players who gave us feedback and alerted us to this issue. That said, players who do enjoy this more demanding sales system and prefer a game experience that emphasizes management alongside simulation can stil…
- Medieval Blacksmith Full Release! - 14 April 2025
Greetings, Blacksmiths! We’re excited to announce that Medieval Blacksmith has officially left Early Access and is now in full release! It’s been almost a year since we launched the very first version of the game. During this time, we’ve met many talented blacksmiths. With your ideas burning bright like a forge, your feedback blowing like bellows, your bug reports sharpening the experience like grindstones, and your powerful critiques striking like hammers — you’ve all contributed to crafting this game step by step. We’re deeply grateful for the inspiration, support, and feedback you’ve given us along the way! To be honest, our initial plan was to create a shorter experience — maybe 7–8 hours. But thanks to your feedback, the world of the game gradually expanded, the systems became deeper, and eventually, Medieval Blacksmith became something that makes us truly happy — and honestly, it…

- [Beta Branch] Hotfix V 1.6.0 - 23 March 2025
Greetings blacksmiths, Our work on adjusting the Beta Test Branch continues. This hotfix primarily eases the economic difficulty slightly while also addressing various bug fixes. A huge thank you to all our players who support us with their valuable feedback! Economic System Adjustments The first change we made to the economy system was adjusting the Low Interest Penalty values for customers. While this value didn’t cause much difficulty in the mid-to-late game, it made early sales significantly harder. To address this, we reduced the Low Interest Penalty to ensure blacksmiths have a smoother start in the game. Ore Spawn Rate Adjustments We have also rebalanced the spawn rates of ores in the mines. Now, at least one of each ore type is guaranteed to spawn. The spawn chance of alloy ores has been reduced, while the spawn rates of basic ores have been increased. This change aims to promot…

- Upcoming Update Announcement! - 22 February 2025
Greetings blacksmiths, I'm excited to share details about the upcoming update that we plan to release in the coming days! First and foremost, we want to sincerely thank all our players who have shared their positive and negative feedback throughout this process. We have carefully noted all your suggestions and criticisms, and we've made a great effort to incorporate much of this valuable feedback into the update. One of the key issues with previous updates was that changes to the game’s save file structure made older saves incompatible. To address this, we took extra time to finalize adjustments that might impact the save system. These changes primarily involve weapon design, new weapon parts, new tools, new items, and new customer types—all of which affect the save file structure. We are now at the final stage of this work, and once testing is complete, we will be sharing the update wi…
- Hotfix V 1.5.1 - 28 November 2024
Greetings, Blacksmiths! In this hotfix, we've addressed some issues within the game and made improvements to its difficulty. Skill Tree Adjustments As you know, we introduced the skill tree in the 1.5.0 update. However, based on the feedback we've received from our players, we've decided to make some critical skills much more accessible. Specifically, the reputation required to unlock the Auto Hammering and Molten Heart (Boiling Icon) skills has been reduced from 200 to 75. This means you'll be able to unlock these skills quickly by completing the first quest and crafting a couple of weapons. Mining To provide a faster mining experience, we've reverted the base pickaxe swing speed to match the pre-1.5.0 versions. With the new skill tree abilities, you can now increase this speed even beyond what it was in earlier versions. Customers We’ve also fixed an issue with customer visit frequenc…
