About this game
A New Dawn 100 Years have passed since the initiation of the New Dawn Protocol. With the horrors of the past a distant memory, the citizens of New Aartis now live peacefully under the watchful eye of the United Systems Initiative. A group of highly trained Mercenaries keep law and order across the sector and humanity is once more flourishing. However, the discovery of a strange energy source is about to beckon in a brand new nightmare. The undead have been undergoing a resurgence of their own and humanity is about to face a threat more powerful than anything they’ve faced before. Mercs: The CREDible Faction The Mercs are highly skilled operatives who are locked and loaded for any situation which arises. Especially when there’s a bag of creds on the line! Each class of Merc can be customized through skill trees, branching speciality paths and upgradeable abilities for deep RPG gameplay. 3 distinct classes to choose from Assault, Heavy or Medic. 6 Core and 6 Class specific skills to select and upgrade. 3 powerful Activated Abilities which can turn the tide of a battle. 2 Unique Speciality Classes - choose a branch and lock in your unique traits giving access to all new Speciality Skills and additional Activated Abilities per branch. Loadup and Loadout The zombies are back, driven by a new force and more powerful than ever. Prepare to face wave after wave of old foes, terrifying new enemies and epic bosses. In order to counter this the Mercs will need to pack some serious weaponry. Earn Strongboxes to uncover an extensive arsenal of brand new Weapons and Armour. Customisable loadouts with over 60 primary and secondary weapons; a range of armours to don; and a selection of grenades and turrets to equip. Crafting system allows weapons and gear to be improved and modified! Sell or Dismantle excess weapons for extra resources. If all else fails, one of the unique Power Weapons from a mid-mission Supply Drop will keep the undead at bay. Gun for Hire With hordes of the undead popping up in every corner of the galaxy there’s no shortage of work for the Mercs, each with its own set of rewards.
