Dear Doctors, Today we are launching our biggest update yet. It's been 3 months since we launched our "Hired Help" major update, and with this release we are finally adding the most requested feature our community has been asking for - Cleaners! The new Custodian category is now available in the Med-Hire app inside your ER. You can now play as single doctors without needing to run after every little piece of trash. The second major feature of this release is Urinalysis (Urine Test Diagnostics). You can add restrooms to your ER, and by placing empty urine cups on the restroom shelf your patients can provide you with urine samples.
