- Cosmic Kitchen's Demo is available to play for Steam Next Fest! - 16 October 2024
Hi all! We are thrilled to announce that we're taking part in Steam Next Fest with Cosmic Kitchen, as some may have already seen the demo has been available since Monday 14th and will be available until Monday 21st! So what's in the demo? 8 levels + 5 tutorial levels in Sunny Side System galaxy - our breakfast themed galaxy! 8 levels in Vortex Nebula - our fast food themed galaxy! Roughly 30-50 minutes worth of content. 3 Monster customers - Nom, Snakka and Gob! We recently pushed a few updates to the demo as well, so to anyone who has had issues playing the demo we apologize! - Take part in Cosmic Kitchen's Pre-Alpha Playtest today! - 29 May 2024
Hey all! We are excited to share a public build of Cosmic Kitchen! For the next 2 weeks you can join the Playtest by requesting access on our Steam page - see the screenshot below. The playtest will officially end on June 10th 2024, after which we aim to release a full demo within a couple of months. Playtest Details In this playtest build we currently have 21 levels based in the Sunny Side System and Great Blue Galaxy, it should take up to a hour to complete all the levels. The levels in these galaxies may be changed in future builds, as well as including more food items! Note: The levels in the Great Blue Galaxy are newly added, so some features are experimental and may cause bugs. Here's a list of current known bugs, thanks to our Pre-Alpha Playtesters: Stars for completing a level aren't aligned correctly with the empty stars. Showcasing at WASD 2024 Big news for those based in the UK, we will be showcasing Cosmic Kitchen at WASD 2024 on Thursday & Friday at the Games Talent Wales stand! This will be the first time we've had Cosmic Kitchen played at a public facing event, so as you can imagine we're both excited and nervous at the same time! We're currently looking for playtesters to play our Pre-Alpha demo to find bugs as we prepare for our release date later this year.
