About this game
Every action costs you time (a turn). You make the decision, do you hire more workers? Each worker will have traits that can either complement or clash with others. Employees will also form friendships that can lead to something more. Or maybe they'll just hate each other's guts? Each interaction affects their stress levels. Higher the stress the less productive they are. How about firing the underperforming employee? People will react to firings too, sometimes it can be the catalyst to make a profit But firing a beloved employee can have negative consequences Or maybe tell your top performer to take a break before they have a breakdown? Or try to poach a new customer from one of your competitors The key is in balancing your actions to get the best out of your employees, fail here and everything will fall apart
