Hi everyone,Thanks to the efforts of two dedicated fans of the original "Hotel" game, we were able to recover the previously lost Polish version and extract its data.As a result, both the new and the legacy versions of the game now include a Polish translation!** Note that the Legacy version is only available on Windows.Additionally: in the previous post, we stated our plans to remaster the old point and click version of the game. While other deadlines keep postponing this effort, it is still very much on our agenda, as well as remastering the earlier "Legend of Crystal Valley" game, whose engine was used to make "Hotel". Ultimately, both versions of "Hotel" will then merge into a single application, and you will be able to choose which version to play from within the game. Hi Everyone, I'd like to announce a preview of things to come to Hotel: Collector's Edition: For the past 2 years we've been slowly working on porting our old engine to modern platforms. In the process of doing so, we released one of the games we made using the same engine that has been used for the Hotel: Collector's Edition. The game is a platformer game for kids, called "Tibor: Tale of a Kind Vampire", which was originally released in 2009. Check it out here. These games were made using 'Python' and 'Ogre3D engine' and now the old games run inside our newer engine which we use for most of our other games. Think of it as a sort of a 'virtual machine' for older games. What this means in short term is that we are planning to port Hotel: Collector's Edition to this new engine. We're happy to announce we've released the Linux version of Hotel Collector's Edition! As far as our games are concerned, Linux is no longer a "second-class citizen", we're rolling out Linux support for ALL games in our catalogue and we will continue to support our games on all 3 major Steam platforms with updates from now on. Everything works nicely, we tested the game on many Linux distributions as well as Steam Deck. We built the game for Linux according to Steam developer guidelines so we don't expect much problems, but if you do encounter issues, please write in the Discussion forum and we'll investigate. Also, if you play this game on Linux and everything works, we'd still love to hear from you and know which Distro/CPU/GPU you use.
