• Re-configure PyInstaller to make the anti-virus software happy - 21 September 2024

  Building distributables with PyInstaller often triggers anti-virus software flags. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/43777106/program-made-with-pyinstaller-now-seen-as-a-trojan-horse-by-avg There's really no way around it for python programs, but to make the code as transparent as possible (avoid bundling, compressing, and encrypting data). So we did just that.
