  Torpedo Client Prediction - Incoming torpedoes now feature client-side prediction. This compensates for your latency, allowing you to see and decoy torpedoes accurately regardless of how high your ping is. Decoy Changes - Cooldown: Reduced to 5 seconds. - Dynamic Deflection: Decoys now use a proximity-based success rate. The closer a torpedo is when you activate your decoy, the higher your chance of a successful deflection. - Elite Decoys: Now offer a near 100% success rate if timed perfectly. While waiting until a torpedo is about to impact will mostly guarantee your safety, achieving that perfect timing is difficult. Expect to see more hits in general, as the system is now heavily skill-based. - Global Fairness: Decoy "luck" is not purely random. The server maintains a global "Fate" value that shifts every few seconds. This ensures that players in a duel are dealing with the same diff…
