The Cliax Crystal is a powerful gemstone which could plunge the world into chaos if fallen into the wrong hands. As part of the Cliax Coalition, it is your job to ensure its safety! Embark on a thrilling adventure with a twist! As you take down robots and solve puzzles you will frequently change your view from a top-down perspective to a third-person one and vice-versa. Depending on your perspective, different moves will become available. Top-down lets you tackle big enemy hordes at once in arcadey bullet hell fashion, whereas third-person lets you jump and explore areas vertically. You can change the perspective in designated areas, and you will need to master them both to make it through the plentiful intricate dungeons! But don't worry, you have your trusted weapon and plasma whip by your side, and as you keep playing more people of the Cliax Coalition will join you, each with their own unique gun and characteristics. 24 stages spread across 6 chapters offer a unique gameplay experience, as you explore dangerous dungeons, take down hazardous robots, and utilize Maddex's various technologies. A dozen bosses await you, ranging from guardian robots to dreaded criminal masterminds, which will really test your skills. Find secret exits and unlock even more stages, which in turn might offer you even more rewards... Collect the scattered diary pages of an ex-employee of Maddex to uncover the mysteries of the world you live in. Upgrade your trusted plasma whip and shield with modules from the shop, granting you new abilities.
