  Thanks for all the positive feedback!Since we only had an announcement on Steam that ChromaGun 2: Dye Hard will be released soon, here is a small update to fully reflect the "out now" on the page.What happened since the release?For once we had a great Twitchstream on the Releaseday from our office in Nuremberg (see the picture above!) with good food and lots of fun activities.Then we started looking into bugs, glitches and weird stuff reported from players here on the Steam discussions and over on our Discord - even after playtesting a lot, players still find odd behavior all the time.We also received lots of positive feedback and reviews for which we are more than grateful after such a long time of working on this project!

  After three years of hard work, we finally have a release date for ChromaGun 2: Dye Hard!This is pretty close to 10 years after the release of our debug game, ChromaGun (1), on February 16, 2015.It took a bit longer than expected, because of the second announcement today:ChromaGun 2 is also coming to PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch 2 - digital AND physical 🥳The game will be available on all digital stores, but also on all modern consoles.You can preorder the physical version of the game starting today!

• Creativity Contest! - 25 February 2025

  To celebrate our Demo release and for those who aren't interested in speedrunning the game (see details here), we're doing a creativity contest! At the end of the first level of the demo, right before you jump through the portal, you can find a hidden room on the left. Paint something cool in this room and post it on our Discord, channel #creativity. The top 3 coolest images (100% subjectively chosen by the team) plus one random participant will win €50 Steam credit each! Deadline: 6 am CET on Feb 27 / 9 pm PST Feb 26 We're looking forward to your images! This is one of the pictures somebody randomly did without knowing about the contest :)

• Demo out now! - 24 February 2025

  We've been working on this game for two years, and this is the first time we're releasing a major demo like this. Take a look around and try to solve the puzzles in this approximately 45-minute-long demo. There's even more to do For the completionists among you, we've added Golden Guns that you can collect. These fire off achievements for the demo. There is a speedrun challenge coming soon (with prizes!). We'll post updates here and on our Discord! We're hosting a creativity contest soon; there is a secret room at the end of the first chamber where you can paint color onto a 16x16 wall. The best artwork will win prizes; we'll post more details about this here as well! It would be fantastic if you'd leave us a review for the demo—that would mean a lot to us.   We're already pretty far in development of ChromaGun 2 and are preparing the first private beta playtests which will start in the next coming weeks. • ChromaGun 2 Announced at IGN Live! - 14 June 2024

  We are delighted to announce that we've partnered with PM Studios from LA to work on our next game, ChromaGun 2: Dye Hard! Eight years after the release of our very first indie game ChromaGun in 2016, this is a big step for us :) This is our first publishing deal ever after two self-published titles. We're excited to work with such an experienced team in the next game! The game has been announced at the IGN Live show in LA last weekend (jump to 3h56m): This is also the first time we have ever shown a trailer of ChromaGun, which we've kind of secretly been working on in the past months: We hope you enjoy it & are looking forward to your comments and feedback!
