- Serbian Localization Added! - 7 March 2026
This update introduces one major feature: Serbian language support has been added in both Latin and Cyrillic scripts, reflecting the dual writing systems used in Serbia. A huge thank you to the translator, Radoš "rammba" Milićev! His Steam profile: rammbagrobar One unfortunate limitation we discovered: although the game now fully supports Serbian in-game, Steam does not currently allow us to localize the game’s store page in Serbian. We’d love to see Steam expand support for more languages on store pages in the future. Best Regards, Ells&Pills
- Steam Community Items! - 5 February 2026
Hi, Ells&Pills is here! ːete_leftːːete_eggːːete_rightː We're thrilled to announce that starting today, Trading Cards, Badges, Emoticons, and Profile Backgrounds are now available for the game! Last fall, when we added Community items for Ells Tales: Chairbound, we mentioned it was possible we might bring all these cool items to Ells Tales: Egg by the end of 2025. We didn’t quite make it by year’s end, but they’re now available, with just a slight delay! ːete_19ː ːete_40ː ːete_42ː Best Regards, Ells&Pills
- Big Refresh - 8 October 2025
Hi, Ells&Pills is here! It's been a full 16 months since the game's release! Isn't that a perfect excuse to drop a big update and give the game a nice polish, huh? :D This update includes the following changes: The game menu has been completely updated. Our first game was weird in itself, but the most bizarre thing was the extremely crude game menu, lol. If you're familiar with our games, you might have noticed that with each game, we gradually improved our menu and added new features. So we decided to completely rework the game menu from scratch, taking all our progress from our latest game Ells Tales: Chairbound. Added German localization for the game and the Steam store page. Added French localization for the game and the Steam store page. Added Spanish localization for the game and the Steam store page. The in-game font has been changed, now it's unified for all localizations. The 3…

Hi, Ells&Pills is here! It’s time for another round of discounts, but that’s not the main thing. Today, we want to share with you information about an interesting indie horror game being created by our friend from Ukraine. This is his debut game — he’s working on it solo under very difficult life circumstances. So, we would really appreciate it if you could visit the game’s Steam page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3405860/Lurking_Within/ If the game catches your attention, please add it to your Wishlist! Today, this means a lot and is especially valuable for the creator. Best Regards, Ells&Pills.

Hi there! After almost a year, we’re excited to announce the upcoming release of the new game Ells Tales, returning to the roots of the series! Missing the separate control of each of the character’s hands and that retro-style graphics? So, we’re proud to present the new chapter — Ells Tales: Chairbound. Step into the shoes of a person tied to an office chair in the middle of a gloomy office building. Control the movement and rotation of the chair using physics, but be careful not to tip over, and find your way to escape before time runs out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wZ11Xy7Zhc Add the game to your wishlist so you don’t miss the upcoming release: store.steampowered.com/app/3281410/Ells_Tales_Chairbound Wishing you a great summer! - It's discount time! - 26 July 2024
Hi, Ells&Pills is here! We've been really looking forward to this moment! Today we released our second game, so there's an opportunity to make a bundle of games with a permanent 10% discount. In addition, both games are individually discounted 10% for two weeks. We don't know how successful the second game was, but the final third game about the world of humanoid chickens will be closer exactly to Ells Tales: Egg. It will once again be a first-person game. We also want to share that in exactly one week our third game will be released. It will also be a puzzle horror game like Ells Tales, but in a different visual style and a different environment. Check out this game and add it to your wishlist if you like it: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2785980/ Thank you all for your support, stay tuned! Lots of fun ahead! ^_^
- The sequel announcement! - 26 June 2024
Hi there! When we came up with the idea for this game, we didn't expect at all that it would turn out to be a really fun game and that people would like it for its theme. Today we published the page of the next game, it's a direct continuation of the game. The events of the game will happen after the canonical ending (END#2). Like the first game, the next game is also a bit of an odd mix of genres. We have no idea if people will enjoy the game just as much, but if you have nothing against sokoban and chickens, then add the game to your wishlist! This will really help us to understand the interest in the game and make further plans for the development of the game series. https://store.steampowered.com/app/3066660/Ells_Tales_Chicken/ We've also created a creator page to make it easy to see all the games in one place. So you can subscribe to it, so you won't miss anything new later in the…
