We have learned more about some of the characters of Planet of Lana II, but what of the planet itself? Let’s go!Lana’s home world of Novo is a small, earth-like moon orbiting a blue giant on the edge of the habitable zone of a distant solar system. The moon is the crash-site of one of Old Earth's first-generation seed-arcs: The Seed & Leaf Expedition. Vast seas of liquid water surround several large uplifted continents, with mountain ranges dissecting their inner parts. Large archipelagos and shallow seas surround the continents, while deep ocean trenches and basins keep them apart. Much like Old Earth, active plate tectonics controls the distribution of continents, seas, and mountains on Novo. Everyone, meet Rakuen.The lovable desert hermit Rakuen – who saved Lana from certain death during her first adventure – is the last person to have joined her adoptive family. Using his nifty engineering skills and spare robot parts, Rakuen has helped the people of Lana’s village integrate the robot tech into daily life. We’re diving back into the world of Novo to introduce our next key character in Lana's journey: meet Anua.Anua is Lana’s niece and her sister Elo’s adoptive daughter. She joined the family after tragically becoming orphaned during the robot invasion, and is now the apple of her Elo’s eye; a happy, adventurous five-year-old who worships her older sister Lana like a goddess and follows her everywhere she goes. Of course, the only one she loves more than Lana or Elo is Mui.
