  Hello! The end of 2025 was busy but work continues. There is a short list of features required to hit Alpha (and a fair number of bugs to fix) but then I'm hoping to start running some playtests and gathering feedback.Thanks for sticking around and being patient, and welcome to all the new folks!   Hello! As always I want to start by thanking all the people who continue to wishlist and follow the game. It's really encouraging to see the continued interest, even with the slow pace of these updates.There's been lots of new systems coming online since the last update, and continued iteration on existing systems to ensure everything has the right feel, fun, and balance. Including:CharactersA long desired feature of mine, characters are finally in the game. Though not fully featured yet, they come with traits and can be assigned to ships and colonies to provide powerful bonuses. • March Update - 27 March 2025

  Hello! It's been too long since my last update. I want to thank everyone again who has wishlisted or followed the game, and for your patience. It's really appreciated. I'm happy to say work continues. My focus remains on getting all major systems represented in the game, finding the fun, and working towards an early preview demo around summer. Leading into early access later in the year. Along with implementing systems, I'm working on replacing the marketplace ship assets with unique designs that are more thematically appropriate. These may still undergo significant iteration, but you can see some of the initial work below. That's all for now, but hopefully I will be back soon with some deeper dives into features.   Introductions Hello! My name is Josh and I’m currently the sole developer on Stellar Dynasty. I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who’s already shown interest in the game by following or wishlisting. It’s really exciting to be on this journey with you all and I hope you’ll enjoy what’s to come. Although I’m an experienced developer, I’m new to the sole dev thing and new to Steam, so please bear with me as I get my footing. Background Stellar Dynasty has been in development for about a year as of this posting. It’s still early days and a lot will change in the coming months. This will be an iterative process.
