• Investigation on game crashes - 5 October 2024

  Hey everyone, we have noticed quite a few reports of game crashes, initially we assumed those were being caused by interactions with the 'Quit Game' book, or some other interaction that makes the game close. But since we have continued to see these reports after adding some extra feedback on those interactions, we decided to investigate to try to improve everyone's experience. If you have had any game crashes, could you describe us the following: - At what point in the game the crash it occurred; - If subtitles/menu were enabled, and if you have made any changes to the settings/button mapping, which changes were made (if you can recall); - Any specific steps you can remember that could have led to the crash; - Basic hardware and OS information (if possible); As always, thank you for playing our game. • Shadow of Pharos - Bug Fixes 2 and Language Update - 2 October 2024

  Hey everyone, While we've been hard at work on our next game, Pharos (consider adding it to your wishlist), we've also been keeping an eye out for your feedback on reviews, forum posts and videos, so thank you very much for playing and for your feedback! With that being said we decided to make a few small changes to Shadow of Pharos, as well as add a new major feature. Due to budget and time constraints, we were unable to release Shadow of Pharos in languages other than English, but today we are adding a Brazilian Portuguese translation to the game. Since we were including the feature to Pharos, we decided to bring it over to Shadow of Pharos as well. We might add other languages in the future, but for now we are only adding languages we are very familiar with, since the game’s text is written in a very specific way to tell the story and help players find its secrets.   Dear players, First of all, thank you all so much for playing our game. During the last two days, we have noticed a couple of small inconsistencies in some of the game's texts. None of which hindered progress, but they required fixing nonetheless. Therefore, we are releasing a minor update to resolve this and improve the game experience. Once again, thank you for your support! Changelog: - Updated the text for some diary entries; - Fixed a bug that caused diary entries to not update properly; - Fixed some spotty collision in some areas; - Eased the input requirements for codes; - Made ██ changes to the ███ 1 ██████ interaction after the ██████ ████ ████ ██.
