• Demo Version 1.4 now available! - 22 June 2026

  Orca Insurgency Demo Version 1.4 Fixed a bug with rudder attacks causing player to lose control. Fixed the rudder bite action camera. Fixed gamepad button selection in Main Menu and Octopus Arms Dealer store. Improved Gladis' obstacle avoidance, she shouldn't get stuck (WIP) Improved Boat Collisions, flips and belly flops cause more damage. Improved tail whip response and SFX. • Demo 1.3! Now Available - 20 June 2026

  Demo v1.3 is uploaded and active. Controls changes- smoothed controls and falling mechanics. Boat Collision- worked on boat collisions, made them feel a little better. Less bouncing off. New SFX added. Many other small bug fixes. Known bug that I'm still working on- seems like a 1 in 10 possibly that the player loses controls after breaking the first boat's rudder. I'm aware of the bug and actively working on it. If it happens just restart game from Main Menu - Quit. Thanks everyone that provided feedback so far!-yuccabuccA

This is the first chapter of the Orca Insurgency story with about 15 - 30 minutes of gameplay.   Hey Orca Insurgents, yuccabuccA here, just wanted to let everyone know I'm working diligently this month to get a playable version of the game out. Thanks for everyone's patience and understanding. Doing the indie dev thing with a full time day job can stretch development times out in unexpected ways. I hit 1 year of development on Orca Insurgency in November and feel its getting time to get it out to a larger audience.
