• Update Notes for June 13 - 17 June 2025

  We're excited to announce this latest update (v50613) includes...1) Following a number of requests, we have added Steam Achievements to Neon Apex, available now in the recent update.2) This update also includes a slight adjustment to the AI behaviour which should reduce the chances of collisions with AI vehicles spinning the player off into the track barriers.3) We have also fixed a bug that causes particular cars to get caught on bumps on certain tracks causing them to come to a sudden stop.As ever, let us know your thoughts, issues and suggestions for the game.

• Update notes for May 23 - 23 May 2025

  We've heard your feedback and made a few adjustments to the game in this first update. - Tweaked the visuals to improve clarity and reduce distraction. - Reduced intensity of collision VFX. - Disabled the camera angle change at the start of race and when activating nitro for the first time. - Modified the AI behaviour to improve the overall racing experience. - Adjusted the vehicle physics on cars and bikes to improve handling. - Made collisions with barriers and other vehicles more predictable. - Increased the amount of Nitro replenished when drifting or colliding with traffic cars in race. Further updates coming shortly, but let us know what you think, how you feel the game could be further improved, or any other general suggestions and we'll get on to it.

  We're thrilled to announce that Neon Apex: Beyond the Limit is joining the Steam Next Fest with a demo that you can play today! Here's what you can experience: * Introductory Tutorial mode : Presenting your first vehicles and races in Neon Apex as well as introducing the garage with vehicle customisation and upgrades. * Full first two levels of the Career game mode, featuring a variety of race modes set in the Cyber-City section of the Neon Apex map, including: - Full races - Sprint races - Takedown events - Versus races - Special bonus stages * A selection of cars and bikes picked from the ‘Speed Class 1’ range which can be enhanced and upgraded with winnings earned in the Career mode.
