  Small bug fixes:A puzzle image now shows a different year at the bottom of a map.   Outsider is finally available to the world! This is the 1.0.1 release that contains fixes and improvements based on playtester feedback and final test pass. Most changes are in the story and mechanics after the first demo chapters, but it also contains the following changes that affects the demo: - Mute settings are now persisted across chapters. - Fixes issues with the "boss" screen muting state. - Better controller and keyboard support: that you can mute the game and trigger the boss screen without touching the mouse (you never know when your boss will show up!) - Fixes a serious crash when clicking on the main menu while it was still fading in. - New Options menu theming (the game had used the default Godot theme until recently).   This update makes Chapters 0-5 consistent with the rest of the game in terms of style and pacing:All 5 demo chapters were significantly reworked, with faster pacing and the elimination of redundant choices. The current content is much closer to final quality, unlike the previous "wordy" draft feel.Backgrounds and colors were tweaked for consistent color balance with the rest of the game.A couple of minor, cosmetic bug fixes.

• Outsider Demo is Now Available! - 28 February 2025

  The big day has arrived! You can now play the Outsider game demo with ~2 hours of content. It includes a full tutorial and four chapters (out of 20+). This demo uses the same engine as the paid game but with fewer chapters. It has been play tested by our amazing Discord members and is ready for your enjoyment!
