- 🍳 Surprise Devlog - Kitchen Workstations - 19 August 2026
Dear Players, Missed our previous devlog? Discover the new Finances system here: Devlog #3 - Finances Before continuing with our numbered devlogs, we wanted to surprise you with an additional one dedicated to a feature many of you have been requesting for a long time. Our previous devlogs mainly focused on the broader management of your establishment, including the Menu du Jour, employee skills, training, and finances. These systems are designed to add more depth, realism, and strategic decision-making to your bistro. However, we have not forgotten about hands-on gameplay. We have often said that Parisian Bistro Simulator is not a cooking game, and that remains true. It is first and foremost a management and service game about running a Parisian bistro. Still, we listened to your feedback. We were touched to see how many of you loved the appearance of the dishes, while also feeling frus…
- 📈 Devlog 3 — Finances - 16 August 2026
Dear Players, Missed our previous devlog? Discover the new Employees & Skills system here: Devlog #2 — Employees & Skills Welcome to our third devlog dedicated to the next major update for Parisian Bistro Simulator. In our previous devlogs, we introduced new systems designed to make your decisions more meaningful, from planning your Menu du Jour to recruiting and training your employees. Today, we will be taking a closer look at another major part of restaurant management: invoices, taxes, and cash flow. 💰 Making Money Matter Until now, financial management in Parisian Bistro Simulator offered relatively little long-term challenge. The beginning of a new game could require some careful spending, but once enough employees had been recruited and the restaurant became increasingly automated, progression often became much more linear. Missions provided additional income, dishes were unlock…
- 👨💼 Devlog #2 — Employees & Skills - 8 August 2026
Dear Players, Missed our first devlog? You can discover the Menu du Jour system here: Devlog #1 — Menu du Jour Welcome to our second devlog dedicated to the next major update for Parisian Bistro Simulator. Over the coming weeks, we will continue introducing the new systems we are developing to add more depth, decision-making, and variety to the management of your bistro. Today, we will be taking a closer look at employees, skills, specialties, personality traits, and training. 👥 Giving Employees More Identity In the current version of the game, employee management remains relatively simple. Employees can be unlocked and recruited immediately, with no differences between candidates and limited opportunities to develop or manage them over time. With the next major update, recruitment will become a much more important part of managing your restaurant. A new selection of candidates will be…
- 🍽️ Devlog #1 — Menu du Jour - 31 July 2026
Dear Players, It has been a little while since we last shared news about the game. We are currently hard at work on the next major update for Parisian Brasserie Simulator. Just as we did before the launch of Early Access, we would like to share several devlogs with you over the coming weeks. This upcoming update will be a major one, and these posts will allow us to introduce its new systems in greater detail while making the wait a little easier. For this first devlog, we will be talking about the Menu du Jour. 🇫🇷 What Is a Menu du Jour? In French restaurants, as well as in many restaurants around the world, it is common to offer a special menu that changes every day. This menu may depend on the chef's choices, the ingredients available, the expected clientele, or simply the type of experience the restaurant wishes to offer that day. With the next major update, the Menu du Jour will b…
- Hotfix 0.9.1 - 26 June 2026
- Fixed several issues that could block progression during the prologue. In some cases, if the first customers were not seated quickly enough, they could leave the reception area and never return during the current playthrough. Another issue could occur if the player let time pass until the end of the day, preventing the prologue from progressing. Time is now frozen at 10:00 AM for the first customer group and at 4:00 PM for the second group, giving players enough time to complete each tutorial step. Once these objectives are completed, time automatically advances to the end of the day so progression can continue normally.
- Regular Update 0.9.1 - 25 June 2026
Dear player, Here is update 0.9.1, a small update aimed at applying several fixes as well as changes requested by the community. Changes From now on, when a player pays to unlock a tier early, all items from previous tiers are automatically unlocked. Improved sponge interaction when washing dishes with a gamepad. Adjusted customer traffic: The maximum limit has been increased from 320 to 400 groups per day. The rush-hour multiplier has been increased from x1.35 to x1.5. Added an indicator on the sink while washing dishes, now displaying the number of plates, glasses, and bread baskets that need to be cleaned. Dirty bread baskets are now visually represented by their actual model in the sink, instead of being displayed as dirty plates. Fixes Fixed an issue where cleaning staff would sometimes go upstairs to collect a trash bag located on the ground floor. This issue should now be fixed.…
- Hotfix 0.9.0 - Polish Language & Bug Fixes - 22 June 2026
Changes • Fixed an issue where some customers could become stuck standing near their table following navigation changes introduced in 0.9.0. This mainly affected tables placed close to non-navigable areas. • Fixed an issue preventing proper interaction with the tablet while using the cocktail station. It is now possible to open the tablet and check drink orders while preparing cocktails. • Fixed an issue where drink orders were not automatically removed when a customer group left their table early, either due to low patience or being asked to leave by the player. This could result in invalid drink orders remaining in the queue, especially when ingredients were missing. • Fixed a texture issue affecting certain plates while washing dishes at the sink. • Added Polish language support. Parisian Brasserie Simulator is now fully translated into Polish.
- Hotfix 0.9.0 - 20 June 2026
- Fixed an encoding issue that prevented some tutorial videos from displaying correctly. - Fixed an issue with Smart Ordering that could, in certain cases and based on previous days' statistics, take disabled menu dishes into account when calculating orders.

If you previously played the game with a controller, it is recommended to review your controller bindings in the settings, as two…

If you experience performance or stability…
- Hotfix 0.8.1 - 28 April 2026
- Spotlights can now be placed on the ground floor terrace. - Level of Detail (LOD) adjustment for dishes: LOD refers to reducing the quality of 3D models to optimize performance. The distance threshold was too short, causing nearby dishes (for example on a table) to appear in lower quality. This threshold has been increased to ensure optimal visual quality. - Fixed a crash that could occur when customers reached the cash register. This issue was rare but more frequent on low-performance systems. - Fixed an issue where customers could get stuck after using the elevator. This was rare but occurred more often on low-performance systems. Stay tuned, more updates are coming very soon, including controller and Steam Deck support.
