Minions are big business nowadays, I gather from ignoring all the Despicable Me meme Thinkpieces and Hot Takes scrolling down Twitter. And yet, Codemasters are stepping away from their own brand of minions in Fellowship of Evil . Their upcoming spin-off of the Pikmin-with-jovial-murder series focuses more on player characters in co-op action. Minions are still around to do your murderous bidding, mind. Lest people think that they’re gone, Codemasters have dropped a new trailer focused on the minions, showing snippets of gameplay and a few of the great hats (and not-hats) they’ll get to wear. Posting on behalf of Gnarl (He doesn't have a Steam Account) Greetings Humans, While those meatsacks at Codemasters have been busy working away I’ve been teaching Ricket to read using your messages. I must say some of them were delightfully evil and we’ve even learnt a few new words. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viVQtkyKoJM Being the inquisitive beings that you are it would appear that you had a lot of questions about exactly what it is they’ve been cooking up, so I’ve commissioned an informational video and ordered the reds to poke the “Codies” with hot pointy sticks until they answered your tough questions... After the destruction of our last Overlord, the land was in a state of pastoral bliss. Filled with pleasant conversation and tinkly niceness. It was all so very... dull. Evil, it seemed, was on its last legs. We Minions searched high and low until we found our salvation. All that remained was to find the right evil candidates. Dead evil candidates. The brutal Inferna, legendary warrior, crushed in aggressive altercations with rock trolls. Devilish necromancer Malady who extinguished her own life in return for a nefarious dark curse. Dwarven rogue Hakon and dark elf Prince Cryos – killed by each other’s hand. A two-for-one evil bargain! And so with the resurrection of these dark champions we begin to spread a little chaos again. Deviousness and destruction abound as these doers-of-dastardly-deeds combine their maniacal talents! For they must reluctantly work together to overcome the chal…
