Hey everyone! We have just announced our upcoming game Seven Times To Die :) It is a 2D top down RPG/ Strategic Deckbuilder. We were heavily inspired by the themes and visuals of Final Fantasy as well as Rabbit and Steel, which led to our High Fantasy setting. As for our deckbuilding combat system, it was inspired by sequencer based games, in particular Magicraft! :) In Seven Times To Die, as a player, you get to build and select a deck of cards to bring with you on a roguelite style run. The runs are interspersed with challenging boss fight events and you will need to use your cards strategically, when you draw a hand of 4-6 cards every interval. The order in which you cast these cards greatly affects the outcome!
