  Hello! The first QOL patch released today based on your valuable feedback. Fast Forward Button Added The most requested feature is out! You can now freely control the speed of your game with new Fast Forward button. Choose from 3 levels of speed and switch between them seamlessly, allowing you to breeze through gameplay or slow things down as needed. Get New Villagers Faster from Mini Quest The final mini quest will now reactivate every 30 days, down from the previous 45 days. This means you'll have more opportunities to get new village faster in the middle to late stages of the game. Improved Camera Controls Navigating your town just got a whole lot easier. • Save/Load Bug Fix - 22 September 2024

  Important Changes Fixed a critical bug that caused the game to incorrectly save and load flags. Improved overall game performance. ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ After updating, you will not be able to continue playing towns from older versions. However, all your unlocked progression, achievements, and time records will be preserved and protected. Even after future updates, your progress will remain intact and will not be reset. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

  Fixed a crash that was occurring across all game difficulty levels. Fixed an issue where some unlockables were incorrectly becoming available in lower difficulty levels. Corrected missing translations in various unlock condition descriptions. Added support for physical key input to accommodate multiple keyboard layouts.

• Hot Fix Patch: Clash Issue - 20 September 2024

  We've identified and addressed two distinct crash issues that some players have been experiencing. This hot fix aims to resolve these problems. Issue 1: Game Crashes on Startup Problem: The game closes instantly after the Godot logo or crashes when opened for the first time. Solution: Update your Steam client. Usually, restarting your computer and reopening Steam will trigger the update automatically. Issue 2: Crash After Intro Problem: The game crashes after the "rabbits on the hill" intro. Solution: This hot fix specifically addresses this issue. After updating the game, you should be able to play without encountering this crash. If you continue to experience issues after applying this update, please let us know in the community forums.   Alright, folks, I know you've all been on the edge of your seats, biting your nails, and possibly growing a few gray hairs waiting for this game. (Is anyone actually out there? Hello?) So, yeah, it's September - you know, that magical month we boldly proclaimed as the release month on Steam. But, uh, funny story... due to some "technical issues" Town Keeper is fashionably late to its own party. But hey, good news! We've cracked the code! (And by that, I mean I finally surrendered my keyboard and bought myself a shiny new one.) So now, my wife and I can finally focus on the game! The even better news? The game is thisclose 🤏 to being ready. I pinky promise it'll be out this month! Maybe even tomorrow! Who knows? (Spoiler: not me.)
