So, today, we thought we’d take a closer look at some of the new Khorne enemies. The ferocious bloodlust of Khorne enters the battlefield in the form of World Eater traitor Astartes and their demonic allies. Malum and Nyra will have to contend with blistering bolter fire and chain axes from World Eaters whilst fending off charging hordes of rage-filled daemons. Bloodletters The foot soldiers of Khorne are manifestations of hate and violence armed with dreaded hellblades and a thirst for blood. They aren’t the toughest of Khorne’s forces but are a deadly foe in close quarters. Mick Gordon, the visionary musician and composer behind the peerless synth metal soundtracks to both Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal, has revealed a brand new track which will appear on the soundtrack to the upcoming boomer shooter Warhammer 40k: Boltgun 2. 'Ascent of the Arkifane' is the boss theme for the game's newly revealed villain, Vashtorr the Arkifane, and debuted on Wednesday in a new release date trailer; fans of 40k and retro FPS games only have to wait until October 14.
