• Updated Title: Does The Moon Dream - 13 May 2025

  Hello all! I hope you are doing well. Development is proceeding on Does The Moon Dream. Or, um, Kill The Dream. To keep things brief, I am changing the title of Kill The Dream to Does The Moon Dream. This is because having 'Kill' in the title would cause content made of the game to be snubbed by the algorithm on many different platforms. This would not only hamper myself, but anyone who chose to create content of my game. So, for both my sake and theirs I have chosen to update the title of the game to something more algorithmically compatible. It's a bummer that this is something that must be done, but it is what it is. Rest assured, this change is in title only. Nothing about the game is changing except the title.   Hello all! Just making a quick post to let you know that development is going well. Here's a couple sneak peeks at what's been in the works! • Happy Holidays! + Release Update - 21 December 2024

  Happy holidays! I hope you've all had a good 2024. It's crazy to think that You Can Save Everyone released at the beginning of the year, and now Kill The Dream is well into development. Since releasing the demo, I've been hard at work on getting Kill The Dream steadily closer to completion. While there is still a long way to go, I feel more confident in giving a release window now. Kill The Dream is aiming for a Summer 2025 release. That is as specific of a date as I will give for now. As development has been going well, I have some updates I can give. To start with, the combat system has been updated. Now, not only is there directional attacking but also directional blocking! You can block up, down, left, and right to deflect enemy attacks.   Hello everyone! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Kill The Dream since the release of its demo during Next Fest. I am proud to announce that Kill The Dream reached over 1000+ wishlists! As a one-dev project, this is huge news! As such, I wanted to give an update on the development of the full game. While previously listed as releasing during Q1 2025, after seeing the success of the demo, I have chosen to set its listing as Coming Soon for a more ambiguous date. I have a better idea of how long it will take to make portions of the game, and so this is to ensure the quality of the game. Rest assured, Kill The Dream is releasing in 2025.
