It’s been quite a journey getting here. We’ve drawn more runes than we can count, summoned more creatures than we probably should have, and, most importantly, followed the Goddess’s orders every step of the way.In Runeomicon, you play as a villain attempting to summon the Goddess of Death while an angry mob of villagers closes in on your sanctuary to stop the ritual. Draw increasingly complex runes in real time, summon creatures, and defend your sanctuary against waves of enemies as you work toward completing the ritual.Thank you to everyone who played the demo, shared feedback, joined our community, created content, and helped us bring Runeomicon to life. Purchasing upgrades in the book no longer penalizes your progress. Although I know this mechanic appealed to some people, it made balancing and progression extremely difficult across a great many levels. It also meant that, on many occasions, purchasing upgrades in the book simply served to prolong the level and decrease your chances of survival, when it should have been the other way round.Now the slots for placing turrets are unlocked in orderThe responsiveness when drawing runes has been improved; you no longer need to click precisely on a node, simply holding down the click and moving close to a node is sufficient. -The door remains visible if you have less than 85% health.-The “vision” upgrade has been modified; instead of a ghost connection, it hides the incorrect runes in the lower panel.-The bug in the training room when selecting 10 runes to display has been fixed.-A bug in the training room where the animation when changing the combo stopped working has been fixed.-The damage of the bone and plague turrets has been increased, and their price has been lowered slightly.-The initial waves of level 2 on easy mode have been made easier.-A couple of bugs in the Spanish text have been fixed.-Some sprites from the first and second levels have been improved.-The initial dialogue in level 3 has been brought back, although I don't know when it was removed.
