These powerful beings—Infernus, Frostia, Terram, Aerius, and Umbra—kept balance in the realm, each mastering an elemental force: heat, cold, nature, wind, and light and shadow, respectively. The Fall of the Guardians Tragedy struck when dark magic corrupted the Guardians' souls. A malevolent force took control, twisting the once benevolent protectors into destructive monsters. Once nurturers of peace, the Guardians now ravage the lands they swore to protect. The world of Elementalium has fallen into chaos, and the serenity it once knew is now a distant memory.
