Your support means the world to us, and we’re incredibly lucky to have such an amazing community. In respect of this, we want to be 100% upfront and transparent about the fact that we are upgrading our server hosting provider… a decision that we’ve put extensive effort into, and one that we truly feel will improve both reliability and how we can provide support to you, our players. The gargantuan task of transferring a database covering three platforms and a huge amount of players doesn’t happen quickly, and our current estimate puts the downtime at a fortnight, during which game progress, xp and requisition points may not be saved.
