• "Castle of Shikigami 3" DLC "Dramatic Change Mode" Released - 31 July 2026

  "Dramatic Change Mode" (Console Port Addition)We have released DLC that adds "Dramatic Change Mode," a single-player mode where you select two characters and can switch between them during gameplay.Updating the "Castle of Shikigami 3" software adds this option to the menu; purchasing the DLC from the store enables you to select the mode.Please be sure to apply the update, as this release also makes the hidden character ”Münchhausen” available for selection from the menu by default.

• How to use Munchausen - 26 March 2025

  The hidden character “Munchausen” from the arcade version can now be used as a player character in Arcade Mode. This is a port of the arcade version. By default, “Munchausen” is not displayed in the selection icon. On the character selection screen, move the selection cursor to ”Fumiko” and press the joystick down. The character selection will then change from Fumiko to Munchausen, which can then be selected. *The "Dramatic Change Mode" that allows 2P scenarios to be viewed by 1P has not been implemented, so please use two controllers to enjoy this release.(This is why the game is also compatible with Steam Remote Play Together.) We plan to implement this in an update at some point, but the timing has not yet been decided.

  That's how to check rankings online with the Steam client. 1. Access the community page 2. Select "Rankings" from "Show Data" in the top right of the "All" tab page 3. Select the ranking you want to check from the play data page 4. You can switch the display from the pull-down menu. *Note The data displayed for each ranking is taken from the in-game score and is uniformly divided by 1/10. This is to avoid the limit on the number of digits that can be displayed for Steam rankings.
