Thanks for you patience while we have tested our fixes over the past couple of weeks! The latest build adresses several reported issues over the past few weeks: - All quests should now be completable at the end sequence of the game - Issue with videos/cutscene being invalid on some computers (especially on Linux) - Users who got stuck behind crates in caves should be able to progress now - Users who were unable to continue after getting lunchbox should now be able to progress - Users who were unable to deliver all herbs should be able to progress - Users who didn't get progress in quest "A chain of notes" should be able to progress Should you still experience issues with these, or anything else - please report using this form: https://moomintroll.game/support
- Celebration of Storytelling - 11 May 2026
We are celebrating games made and published by Norwegian game studios from May 11th to 18th! The Steam event Games of Norway will be featuring Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth, along with some of our other games, Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley, Eggggg, and Mørkredd. It felt like the perfect opportunity to create a Hyper Games bundle so you can pick up all the games at a great price. - Fixing issues with achievements and large snowballs - 5 May 2026
This patch solves some issues reported by players: - Some users experienced getting blocked by large rolling snow balls. The update should make sure you are always able to despawn these if stuck. Also the large snow balls are never stored in save data any more. - The issue with the final achievement not unlocking should be resolved. If you already have all the other achievements, you should be granted the last one when loading in the game. You should only need to press continue on your existing game, or start a new one. If you have any issues, please report them using this form, and also see the list of known issue: https://www.moomintroll.game/support

Thanks for playing and reporting issues everyone!There has been very few issues reported, but we just pushed a fix for the 2 most urgent ones:The issue with soft lock after clearing the snow around the camp fire (Quest "Camping, the easy way") is fixed. After my first foray into the Moomintroll universe through the Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth demo that I played for my preview of the game , I was left impressed. In my short hour with the original demo, I got sucked into the majesty of the universe and Moominvalley as a whole, which is why I was so keen to come back and do a full review on the game. In the preview, I even said that I would love to play more, so when it officially came out, I got the lucky chance to play through the whole game and enjoy it in its full breadth. When I first launched Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth, I really had no idea what to expect. From the brief description on the Steam page, I gained some general information about the book series it was based on, but mostly, I just knew it was a game about a fluffy creature. I am glad to say that this game has really captured a feeling I can’t express in words, though I’ll do my best.
