• 19th June - 19 June 2026

  -Some windows users reported issues with new video encoding (av1) so it's been reverted to the old encoding (h.264). Unfortunately this means linux users will need to download alternately encoded vids by going to Properties>Game Versions then typing 'linuxtesting' -Minor fixes

• Achievements added! - 15 October 2025

  I've finally added achievements. Better late than never!You can also now listen to or download the soundtrack (for free) from Bandcamp. Come on over to the Discord for intellectual stimulation and the hottest music recommendations.

• Demo now available - 17 June 2025

  Following the tradition of doing everything the wrong way round, I've now uploaded a demo of the game to Steam. It contains 3 of the 20 endings, 5 of the 50 eras to explore, and saving is disabled.Also, a few people in the Decade Discord have asked about the game's soundtrack. Personally, I'm a bit too disappointed in how it turned out to release it officially, but for the purpose of satisfying curiousity I've uploaded it here. Since the game seems to be taking people around 4-5 hours to complete, and the soundtrack is around 4 hours, I imagine there are many parts which the average player doesn't even get around to hearing.Feel free to use any part of it yourself for samples or whatever (I did do some nice sound design in places).

  Added option to load saves from title screen. Notifications fade out more slowly. Minor fixes.

• Steamdeck/Linux testing and a new Discord - 5 June 2025

  UPDATE:There is now a build working on linux. Please check this thread to see how to get it working.I'm currently trying very hard to get the game steamdeck compatible but it's in a very rough state, and my testing is slow due to having to use a virtualbox. If anyone is kind or knowledgeable enough to lend a hand please check out this thread or head on over to the new discord (where of course, you can just talk about the game or post whatever you want.
