A new update for Finnish Pub Simulator has been released, please see the changelog below. Apologies for this being a small update after six months of silence. Life is busy and we're currently working on a refresh of the control system which is taking much longer than expected due to life being busy. However since it's been six months since the last update, we wanted to at least give you something. Changelog Customers now have a chance to randomly attack a queuing or ordering customer when they decide to do an aggressive act If no one is queuing or ordering, the customer will instead throw their glass Aggressive acts now have a weighting system to help decide what action a customer will take A future update will adjust these weights based on how drunk and/or aggressive the customer has become

- Update v0.3.0 - Rowdy Customers Phase 1 - 20 March 2025
This update includes our initial work on bringing rowdy customers into the game. This is something that will be an iterative process and is far from final. We'll tweak this first phase if we find its happening too much or not enough, and then we can move onto phase 2. Right now rowdy customers only have one action that they carry out which is throwing a glass. You will receive a visual and audio cue for this. Once we move past this initial phase this will be one of many increasingly aggressive actions they will do. We've also done some work regarding the levelling system as it was seeming to be quite a long process for many players. You may find that with this change you have more XP than required for the next level, however that will rectify itself via an unlock point when you next earn XP. This is our final update before our Early Access release on March 13th! Added the ability to void remaining order items when looking at the cash register This new feature allows you to hold down V whilst looking at the cash register (and a customer's order) and it will remove any unfulfilled items from the order and complete the order as is. For example, a customer orders three drinks and two of them are out of stock. You can fulfill the one drink you have in stock and void the rest of the order. The customer will then take just the one drink you fulfilled and will be charged for just that one drink. Customers will take note of items in their order being voided, and reduce their chance to reorder once they are done drinking. As of now the demo is available to download and gives you a brief look into what to expect in the full game when it releases later this year. - Developer Update #2: Achievements and Localization - 29 December 2024
Just a short update from us as we all enjoy the holidays and get ready for the new year. Achievements The first set of achievements has been added to the full game! Once the full game enters Early Access in March you will have 10 achievements available to collect to start out with. We will for sure be adding more as we progress through Early Access. Localization The next huge thing we've been working on whilst we get ready for our Early Access release is updating the game to support localization. Right now good progress is being made on this and we estimate that around 90% of the work to allow for localization to happen has been completed and tested.
