  I could use a lot of words and phrases to describe Master Spy that, when I read them in a game’s description, tend to put me off. Retro. “Hardcore”. Brutal. Platformer. Balaclava. And yet I enjoyed it so much that I almost pitched a review a few years back. It’s tough, for sure, and I don’t think it’s the most approachable stealth platformer, but it feels fair. It doesn’t waste your time. If it had come out a few years earlier, it would probably have been pretty big. • New Easier Novice Mode - Now Live! - 6 November 2018

In this new Novice mode, we went through the code of almost every enemy and obstacle and reduced speeds and increased delays to try to create a less demanding, but still challenging game mode.   Hi all, we have a new build up in the test branch for Master Spy with a new easier Novice mode, and we'd love to have your feedback! (see below for how to test it out) The New Novice Mode In this new Novice mode, we went through the code of almost every enemy and obstacle and reduced speeds and increased delays to try to create a less demanding, but still challenging game mode.
