At its center lies the Royal Cept Academy, an insitute where Cepters are trained to wield the power of stone tablets known as "Culds," fragments of the Culdcept. Kamur, who transferred to the Cept Academy, has his abilities recognized and is selected for the Royal Cepter Guard Regiment.
