Cosmotiles is a block-placing game about terraforming planets through strategic placement ordering and positioning.
About this game
Cosmotiles turns planet terraforming experience into a minimalist strategy game. It offers a simple game mechanic. At the same time, provides enough depth for challenging and rewarding experience for seekers. You have to place blocks on planet. A block is a group of tiles with a same biome. Placing a block is scored based on surrounding biomes in non linear fashion! One more tile will increase score significantly with number of tiles. At a time you will get certain choices of blocks to pick few. Find sequence of block placement to maximize score for current shuffle of blocks or take a risk to increase score for next shuffle of blocks. Once you score enough points, a new land expansion is unlocked to continue terraforming. However, if you run out of empty tiles to place blocks, the game ends. This is the time when you check your score on the leaderboard and start again. Each planet comes with own puzzle with varying land mass, shuffle sizes and biome types. Planets are generated every start to provide new experience.
