• Version 0.732 Bug Fixes Patch - 1 August 2025

  Critical Bug Fix: when the inn is opened, if the player talks to a guest who hasn't sit down yet and click on Management actions, the game will stop working and player has to restart. Critical Bug Fix: properly handle when tasks are completed when opening the game. Many people see their screen frozen in the morning after getting new version 0.731. After changes to Lettuce Farmer Bob's quest, the quest is considered completed when players open their game. The game can't handle processing a completed quest when opening the game. Therefore screen froze. Controller Fix: Show the keyboard mouse control scheme as default, detect player input to change control scheme dynamically. Controller Fix: can't use the magical orb to collect items. UI Fix: Loading Save Menu doesn't work well with Steam deck resolution.   Bug Fix: Mouse click on "Add" when selecting a recipe for the menu should change the recipe. Bug Fix: Loading a saved game sometimes would automatically open the inn. Controller Fix: can't use orb mode to select item to place with controller. Controller Fix: staff management interactions can't be triggered through controller. Controller Fix: can't close Room Edit menu with controller.

  Improvements: Improved camera controls, especially when the player is close to a wall, preventing excessive zooming into the player and ensuring a consistent viewing distance. Obstructions now fade using a special shader. Added support for both Windowed Mode and Fullscreen Mode in the settings. Regular customers now stay in the inn after their initial visit. Adjusted recipe prices for better balance. Improved Shift toggle for running—running now properly cancels when the player stops moving. Improved cleaning and sleeping animations to ensure the protagonist moves to the correct location. Prevented recipes from being added to the menu if there are no available ingredients. • Version 0.703 Full Controller Support + Bug fixes Patch - 22 February 2025

  This patch provides full controller support allowing you to play Magic Inn with a controller and on Steam Deck. It also contains several bug fixes: Food/Drink Menu user experience improvement. Bug Fix: Small bugs in crafting recipes list, buying information menu and food/drink menu. Bug Fix: the player can't to give letter back to Luka after collecting it. • Patch 1: Version 0.702 Critical Bug Fix - 17 February 2025

  Version 0.702 Bug fix When the player talks to a customer who has sit down, and when the player has learned a server skill card, the tutorial it triggers would hide the cards necessary to move forward in the game. If the player encounter this, the player has to force quit the game and start over. Apologize if any player has encountered this issue. It has been fixed in this patch.

• Magic Inn: Prologue is Now Available - 17 February 2025

  Hi everyone!✨ We finally finished the Magic Inn: Prologue. It took much longer than we planned, but on the bright side, we’ve implemented almost all of our blueprints for the Prologue, making it richer in content and more stable than the demo we shared a few months ago. However, with time being tight, we couldn’t playtest as extensively as we’d like. So, if you encounter any bugs or feel something in the design could be improved, please let us know. We want to shape the game together with players who care about it as much as we do. Before you dive in, we owe you an apology that full controller support isn’t ready yet.
