Detailed Updates List CRAM - Point Defense Weapon Ships can now be equiped with CRAMs, low-caliber but rapidly-firing point defense weapons. They don't do much damage to ships but provide a good layer of defense against missiles. Players can enter passive or active mode. Passive uses infrared (heat detection) which doesn't alert enemies of your presence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u974mOVfB8w When a hull piece gets hit enough, a massive hole will be blown into your ship. Oxygen will start venting much more rapidly. Crew mates will need to rush to repair it by grabbing a plate from your stockpile and welding it onto the hull piece.
