    Hello everyone!A few days ago, we shared some of the changes we wanted to work on following the launch of Recurrence. The first batch of those improvements is now available!Here’s everything included in this update:Map improvements. You can now draw directly on each map to help you navigate, mark points of interest, or plan your route. You can also place predefined markers if you want to quickly mark something important. All drawings and markers are saved automatically.Tank controls. Optional tank controls are now available! You can enable them from the Controls section in the settings menu. You can also adjust the rotation speed to your liking.Storage box improvements. We’ve improved the visual feedback when storing, moving, and retrieving items from the storage box.     First of all, a huge thank you to everyone who has played Recurrence so far!We’ve been reading all your comments, reports, and suggestions, and they’ve been incredibly helpful. We are already working on improving the game, and this first patch addresses some of the issues reported since launch.Thank you for supporting Recurrence and helping us continue to improve it.Patch notes:We’ve added more menu options. You can now toggle individual post-processing effects on or off.We’ve added an option to rotate the camera using the mouse or controller during third-person sections. Additionally, in this mode, aiming a weapon causes the character to aim directly where the player is pointing. An option to invert axes has also been added.In the notes menu, we’ve implemented an icon to indicate notes containing information crucial for progression or solving specific parts of the game.We’ve adjusted t…

  • Hotfix - 25 September 2026

    A bug prevented players from leaving the first puzzle; cards can no longer be moved until all of them have been placed.Enemy adjustments:The witch's movement speed has been reduced, and some have been removed from the hospital area.The walker's movement speed has been increased.The Heavy Walker's speed has been increased.Enemies are now less likely to hear you when walking or running.Fixed camera angles have been removed from the hospital library.A bug allowed key items to be placed in the wrong puzzles.The arrows in the main menu's settings screen are now clickable buttons.The player now makes slightly less noise when walking and running.
