• Improved Steam Deck Touch Support - 26 August 2026

  Hi everyone!I just pushed a small update for The Greenening that improves Steam Deck Touch input a lot.You can now properly pan the upgrade screen via touch and upgrades are not purchased immediately when tapping them (without knowing what they actually do before), but show their info on the first tap and are purchased on consecutive taps.Also in this update: The credits roll can now be sped up by holding down the left mouse button.Hope you enjoy and let me know if this improves your experience when playing on the Steam Deck.Cheers,Erkberg

• Quick development update - 23 June 2025

  Hi everyone! Here's a quick update on the development progress of the game so far and what's up next.I'm currently working on making the game fully playable, which means adding lots of content, gameplay mechanics and visuals to it. It's going well and the content is about 50% finished. Here's a sneak peek at one of the areas from the middle of the game:There's also a free demo planned to be released in August 2025. This one is already fully playable, but needs some more fine-tuning and polishing touches to really shine, which I'm also working on :)It's been a bit quiet around here since the announcement of the game a few months back, but I'll make sure to share some progress updates and infos about the game more regularly from now on.
