  Hi folks, This has been a bad year for us. The web player came to an agonisingly slow halt, and traction for these games on steam failed to meet the gap. We've now hit the uncomfortable moment where just keeping things running on the server costs more than we get (actually, we've been there a while). Rather than just shut down when the final penny is gone, we have decided to pull out now, while we can still keep the servers up for a while, and not let folks down. This means that everyone who has bought a license gets another few months before our server stops. I cannot describe how hard we tried to make this work both before and after publishing. We had to wrestle with angry fans who wanted to keep it free. We had to wrestle with folks that either didn't get or didn't like it, and we had to do all this with a budget that inhibited any of the things we secretly wished to build in, like a…

  Hi folks, We're playing with our server today. (23/03/2016) It's not broken, it's just being rebooted lots while we try out some antihack features. Sorry if this is annoying, It'll be better in the lolng run. Thanks

• Update: ~quality - 7 December 2015

  More Updates.... After viewing a rather funny/embarrassing video on Youtube the tundra Shader at lowest quality has been fixed. While we were at it we've completely re done the settings screen, so you have way more power to get the most from the game/your PC. We've also Snapped the steam server free of the online game to control hackers. This is on trial, we are also trialing new anti-hack techniques, and may link back, but right now is a great time to play with just friends. Other things you might have noticed are more natural lighting (particularly a lighter night), nicer movement generally, slightly less ferocious Meerkats, and as ever, subtly nicer grass (always grass, moo). There's more "in the oven", but we aren't up for saying what until it's ready, just in case.

  Hi All Thank you for supporting this game, we have been busy on development; New Level: TUNDRA, cold climate with short summer seasons on the edges of the frozen poles. Tundra ANIMALS added: Grizzly Bear, Black Bear, Eagle!!, Wolf, Caribou, Artic Hare, Musk Ox New Level: Desert, Sahara based desert with oasis, shrubs and vast dunes. Tundra ANIMALS added: Camel, Crow, Desert Hedgehog, Fringed Lizard, Jackel, and a very cute Fennec Fox. Additional to the above we have re-written the core engine and terrains. Improved antihack system. Added bird controllers, made trees solid so birds can land in them. In general paved the way for a solid game base to keep adding future content and gamplay to. Thank you for your patience as we have worked on this game. The development continues. Gamevial
