  • Another patch - 18 April 2026

Hello! A Little Perspective has been updated with the following changes:Reworked the behavior of the "fullscreen" and "borderless" graphics options. This should improve stability for some.Fixed macOS giving not-so-useful resolution options in windowed mode.Added extra keybinds to make menu navigation more comfortable with one hand (WASD to select, Space to confirm, Backspace to cancel).Fixed some non-deterministic behavior in level 6-10.Improved the hint in level 10-5.

  • A patch - 7 April 2026

Hello, A Little Perspective has been updated with the following changes:Added a setting in the Options > Graphics menu to disable the grainy texture on everything, as this was causing discomfort for some players. The game now reads input from all connected gamepads, not just the first one. This means externally connected controllers should now be supported on Steam Deck.Added a "--windowed" commandline flag to force the game to launch in windowed mode instead of fullscreen. If you're having trouble launching the game on a fresh install, try adding this flag to your steam launch options as a workaround while I continue to investigate the root cause.Fixed crash when trying to push a block off the edge of the screen.Fixed push blocks disappearing when stepped on, when they're overlapping another block.Removed a particularly distracting floor tile in level 3-6.Known issues:Crash when running…

I hope to have a release date to share in not too long.In the meantime, I've decided to push a demo update, as I've worked on some nice gameplay improvements over the last several months, and the demo had fallen behind. Here are the main things that have been updated:Hints - you can now choose to show hints from the pause menu, which will make little holograms appear in the level that suggest useful places to stand/look around when you get stuck.A new wobble animation on the player when you try to step off a cliff, or fail to step onto a block you can't see. This should give a bit of extra visual feedback in some cases, to help clarify why certain moves don't work.Small visual changes to the unlockable bridges in the overworld, to make it more clear what the number…
