  Work continues on Dr. Kinderwood’s Asylum, and today we introduce you to a new character, Remora.She is a simple country girl with a kind heart, freckles, and a braid. Wears a dress that she hemmed herself out of the doctor’s old clothes.She is sweet, naive, loyal to the doctor, and afraid of catching the flower disease. She cooks, takes care of plants, and dreams of a soulmate. Remora can become the main character’s romantic interest if the player wishes.Remora is one of those characters whose outward simplicity hides much more. She knows a lot… but she doesn’t say everything.

Today, we’re sharing a couple of fresh changes we’re working on right now:👥 Life inside the walls During daylight hours, you can meet the inhabitants of the Infirmary and exchange a couple of phrases. These dialogs will help you learn more about what’s happening on behalf of each character.🖱 Hover tooltips. Now, a short text hint will appear if you hover over an interactive object. You know - it’s better to be attentive to details.💬 Main character’s thought: Right-click on an interesting object to hear what the main character thinks about it. These aren’t just lines - sometimes important hints are hiding in them.Thank you for waiting and following the project!

  We're excited to announce Dr. Kinderwood's Asylum demo! Demo Gameplay Trailer Demo-1.0 features: Spend the first three days in the infirmary: get to know its inhabitants or focus on finding a cure. Point-and-click movement between locations and interaction with items. Illuminate active areas for interaction. Accept the consequences of the result of your active actions with a mini-game.
