• Production Update July 2026 - 25 July 2026

  Here is a brief summary of the state of the game: Project Fiend is still very much in development and has been since the last post. There were a few sections of the game that were re-worked in order to provide more stable gameplay and improve optimization thus the prolonged development time. It is the goal to provide polished well-crafted finished product and that finish line is getting closer. The release window is still aiming for a 2026 release hopefully for October in time for Halloween. Will try to be more active on here with more news and upcoming production updates. In the meantime, please enjoy these screenshots of the work in progress. Thank you!

• Official Trailer Release - 31 October 2025

  Trick-or-Treat, gamers! The new trailer for Project Fiend is now live! Enjoy this treat as the game is coming closer to final completion and ready for release. Thanks for your patience and support throughout the game's production. Have a safe and happy Halloween!

• Production Update 2 - 15 September 2025

  Good news! Production of all the levels has been completed. All levels including their respective puzzles are up and running from start to finish. The game is now in its final stages of developmentwhich include final polishing, adding more assets to fill out the environment, lighting adjustments and fine tuning AI and story-beat elements. It has been a long journey but the finish line is on thehorizon! Stay tuned for further updates as Project Fiend get closer to release!

• PRODUCTION UPDATE - 6 June 2025

  The first four levels of the game have been completed (minus the final polish) and fully playable! New diverse locations to explore and more exciting puzzles to solve!Although there are more levels in development, production is going smoother couldhave been anticipated and I look forward to bringing Project Fiend closer to completion.Thank you for your continued support and patience!Here are some screenshots of the levels so far:
