• Next Fest Feedback & Demo Update! - 26 June 2026

  Hey all! The Next Fest just ended, and we've read through the feedback we received on the demo! Thank you all for playing Gloopalaxy :)We've reviewed everything and pushed a new patch for the demo, here are the release notes: Cosmic Events now affect every planets and fishing zones. Loot has been updated as well, so you'll find mutants in all the spots instead of only one.You can now skip the recap menus at the endAll screens can now be closed with the Escape keyIt's now much more clear when a theme pops up in the fishing mini gameBetter clarity on the need to catch different species to complete missionsAdded tooltips in the Encyclopedia for social relationship iconsYou can now change the screen resolution We hope these changes will make the experience more enjoyable!

• We're joigning the June Next Fest with a brand new demo! - 2 June 2026

  That’s it—the final demo is finally available, and the game’s release is just around the corner... We don’t have an exact date yet, but we can officially announce that the game will be released in August 2026! Ba dum tss! 🥁🦐 But back to the demo, what’s changed since last time?It now includes all of the game’s story content, including some small quests to complete (+ 3 new gloops!) We hope you’ll enjoy it, and we’re continuing to finalize the game’s last two missions 🫡

  We've improved and added quite a few things since the last demo update! Here's what you can expect:A completely new lookThemes to change the color of the basinsAn encyclopedia to look at all your discoveriesCosmic events and the possibility of fishing for rare gloops!New music (the previous one was a placeholder)Your progress is automatically saved after each dayTooltips on some icons and UI elements for more clarityOne last update will arrive this summer before the game is released. In the meantime, we hope you'll enjoy your time in Gloopalaxy! We also would like to thank everyone who left reviews on the demo or sent us their comments.
