- Spiritstead is Now Available on Steam! - 6 August 2026
After almost two years of development, Spiritstead is finally available on Steam! 🥳What began as a small project we thought would take around four months grew into our first full game as a team. Along the way, we went through redesigns, stubborn bugs, countless playtests, and many late nights, but we kept going and finally made it across the finish line. ❤️We also want to give a huge thank you to the WINGS team. Their support allowed us to make Spiritstead into the game it is today. They guided and encouraged us throughout development, and we learned so much from having them by our side. - Spiritstead Launches in Less Than 24 Hours! 🥳 - 5 August 2026
Spiritstead launches tomorrow, August 6, at 19:00 CEST! 🥳 🎉As we prepare for release, we’ll be taking down the demo at midnight tonight, August 6 at 00:00 CEST. The demo is now quite outdated compared to the full game, which includes many improvements, fixes, and new content.⚠️ Important Notice About Demo SavesSave files from the demo are not compatible with the full game.Your old demo saves may still appear in the full game, but attempting to continue them could cause bugs or prevent the game from working correctly. A lot has changed since the demo was released, so we strongly recommend starting a completely new save when playing the full version.Thank you so much to everyone who played the demo and shared their feedback with us. We can’t wait for you to experience the full game tomorrow!

With the Spiritstead demo now out and Steam Next Fest beginning, we’re excited to finally let more of you jump into the world we’ve been building. Thank you so much to everyone who has played, shared feedback, and added the game to your wishlist.While the demo is live, our work on the full game continues. The deadlines are getting closer, and there’s still a lot we’re building behind the scenes!We’re working on two new biomes that are not available to play in the demo: the Frozen Lands and the swamp territories, with new things to discover along the way.
