Earth is running out of time: no more gas, no more fuel, nothing but wastelands and starving children left in complete darkness. For years, we’ve been working on an infinite source of energy, project ‘Red Sun’, and now we’re closer than ever. And we need you. Welcome to Aetherion, please, find your contract details below. You are to explore the surface of planet 347TH2-Terminus and recover resources essential to completing Project ‘Red Sun’. Proceed with caution, the surface is perilous, and many agents have ventured there, never to return. Should you succeed, a promotion will welcome you home. Should you fail, you will inspire thousands of future agents to carry on your legacy. Article 1.2: All combat data will be collected and shared with future agents to increase their chances of survival. The more weapons you deploy, the more foes and unknown threats you encounter, the easier it will be for us to develop upgrades and new gadgets.
