• Board adjustment for the number of players + new mode - 28 April 2025

  A new update is coming soon, aiming to make matches more dynamic by reducing setup time for strategies. For each number of players, a comfortable number of lines to be completed is calculated. A new mode with smaller boards will also be introduced, designed for quick matches. In this new mode, there will be no minimum score to determine the winner — the game ends only when the board is completely filled. Players will be able to choose between 5x5, 6x6 arenas, and other variations. This is the first major update for One-liners. What else can you expect in the future?   The classic dots and boxes game can now be played in a fun way with friends and family. In addition to the traditional mode, there’s the “Madness” mode, which adds items and new strategic possibilities. The game supports up to 5 players locally and offers the option to face a bot that simulates a child’s gameplay, with three difficulty levels — fun for all ages. The game also includes 20 achievements with varying difficulty levels and can be played remotely using Steam’s “Remote Play Together” feature. What to expect in the future? - New stages; - Timed explosion mode; - New char skins; - New items; - Story mode; - Boss battle; - and more... Note: do not expect DLCs, every update will be included for free.
