• New Game Timer! - 5 June 2025

  Hey there, Exciting changes to Study Arcade: I've added a 5 minute timer to ensure you always get a full break after your focus session. Previously, if you theoretically died in 10 seconds, you got a break of only 10 seconds...there was no way to restart, and that's not fair to you! To solve this, a new timer in the upper right keeps track of your 5 minute break. As long as there are still seconds left on the clock, you're free to click on a new restart button when you die instead of going straight back to focus mode. And don't worry, if you're in the middle of a game when the time runs out, it doesn't interrupt your current game, it simply takes away the restart button when you die, prompting you to get back to work. I think this is a good balanced design that ensures you get the break you deserve without pulling you away from the focus you want and need. My goal is to give you both! W…

  You can now edit the amount of time on the timer! I understand that everyone works differently and want this tool to be as flexible for you as possible. There's a 10 minute minimum though so y'all don't just play games all day haha

  I built Study Arcade as a free resource for you and it's something that I wish I had during school: a tool to help you take back your time. Relax, open it in the background, get your work done, and it'll let you know when you're ready for a break. I'm going to be putting out updates over the coming weeks to continue to improve and build upon what we have so far, but for now, I'd love for you to give it a try, leave a review, and let me know what you think.
