The time has finally come! On February 14, 2026 , Gørkjes will be played as a tournament for the very first time as part of Nerdistan - Arcade Bash . Venue: LVL Berlin Schützenstraße 73, 10117 Berlin The tournament will be played in Infinity Mode on Easy in three-player splitscreen . Each participant - and each gherkin - gets three runs . The run that reaches the highest height will count. Who will take the trophy home? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Story A mishap, a portal made of puke, and suddenly Catfish and his friends are stranded in the mysterious Trimension G, at the foot of a gigantic volcano. The homeland of the Gørkjes is no place for vacationers, but the four Amigos are unstoppable. Instead of despairing, they take on a death-defying race to the summit, where the only portal back to their world awaits! Gameplay & Features Jump, run, and fight alone or with up to four friends in local couch-VS through a procedural 3D platformer in fast-paced Jump ’n’ Gun style. Every run is a new challenge, no platform stays where it was! Couch-VS Multiplayer : Compete against each other or play together with up to four players in splitscreen. Unpredictable Runs : Procedural levels provide constant surprises and always-new level designs. Infinity Mode : The ruthless mode for the toughest, how long can you survive before the lava catches you? Gørkjes : Gørkjes, Gørkjes, Gørkjes … Background After nearly two years of development, developer Moritz Petzka (MoFX) and designer Basuramor present their first joint project: a skill-based cartoon multiplayer experience inspired by the quirky comics around Catfish and his Amigos. From the beginning, the focus was on precise controls with stable performance - the foundation for fast, reaction-driven gameplay, local and directly on the couch with friends. The team is supported by composer Tom Redburn (imkamicafe), who provides the perfect soundtrack to deliver the right amount of energy.
